This page www.dovanos.com is a gateway to our business. We are trying to make a better use out of internet and electronic communications so we could provide our clients with better cooperation capabilities.
At the moment our business is made out of two areas. Electronic shop of gifts and promotional gifts. We have plans to widen our service in the near future.

Electronic shop

You can find our gift shop in our home page. Currently we can provide quality service for clients in Lithuania. In the near future, we are planning to expand our service to Latvia and Estonia, then to other countries.
The biggest part of gifts is provided by our providers PF Concept warehouses in Netherlands, the other part is made in Lithuania. Shops assortment will increase; the increase will be notified in our news page. All our products are provided with the Republic of Lithuania statutory warranty. If a product is provided with a bigger warranty then it will be notified in the description. Warranty obligations are carried out by us, so if there are any questions please contact us. Promotional Gifts

In this business area we have experienced employees therefore we can provide highest quality service to any country. Promotional gift range is very large so to make an order, please contact us by e-mail import@dovanos.com . Foreign clients please contact us in English or Russian.
We carry out small orders quite fast from 1 to 3 weeks. Carrying out speed depends on whether or not the product is in the warehouses in Europe, if not when is it coming there. It also depends on imprint the logo on gifts, adapting to the client the imprint method. And of course it depends on where the product is supposed to be delivered.
Bigger orders are carried out in about 30-70 days. Usually we produce gifts in China, if we have time for sea transport we offer a very good price. By making gifts in China we can offer custom made products. Then everything depends on our and our clients designers fantasies.
We provide warranty to all our promotional gifts. The standard warranty period is 30 days, warranty conditions in individual cases are discussed ordering.
